[100714] Forum Fixed! Also new forum layout!

You guys should be able to log in and out without fear on the forum now. It was a cookie issue that I was just having a hard time fixing since having the wrong cookies made it almost impossible to use my admin panel. Anyway if you haven’t already please clear your cookies and your problems logging in and out of Third Chapter should completely disappear. If they do not please email me at 3sjmproductions@gmail.com
Lastly, we have a new forum layout! It appears different based on the browser your using but not horribly so.
